Returns policy

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders.

 
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Damaged Goods: 
Any items damaged during delivery should be returned to The Quinnell Candle Company who will then replace the damaged item. The Quinnell Candle Company will not be responsible for any items damaged after the item has been delivered.
